Diesel particulate filters (DPF) play a crucial role in reducing harmful emissions from diesel engines. Over time, these filters become clogged with soot and ash, resulting in adverse effects on engine performance, namely: a clogged filter impairs engine performance, which can increase fuel consumption by 10-20%. Reduced power and worsened dynamics: engine power can be reduced by 20-30%.
All this in turn leads to higher costs of its operation. A clogged filter element prevents the exhaust gases from being discharged, as a result of which the soot contained in them gets into the oil, changing its properties. Approximately 3% of soot is due to gas breakthrough, as a result of which it settles on the rings, enters the crankcase and circulates through the engine, coming into contact with engine parts. The result is accelerated wear on the engine's lubrication and circuit seals.
There is no problem removing the soot from the filter; the car itself does this by activating the engine regeneration mode. However, over time, ash accumulates in the particulate filter - a non-combustible residue formed by the complete combustion of fuel and soot.
Cleaning the DPF gives it a second life and significant cost savings for the vehicle owner, while also positively affecting the environment.
THERE ARE TWO MAIN WAYS TO CLEAN A PARTICULATE FILTER:
[ 1 ] One-way washing:
This is a less effective cleaning method, commonly used by manufacturers of such equipment. The cleaning is done from the exhaust side. Often, additional chemicals are used to enhance the cleaning efficiency in this method.

ADVANTAGES OF THE MS900 SYSTEM
LOW COST OF PARTICULATE FILTER CLEANING
The low cost is achieved by not requiring special chemicals for washing. In the MS900 system, the cleaning of the particulate filter is done only with warm water, which undergoes three filtration stages:● Coarse cleaning (coarse filter);● Medium fraction cleaning (hydrocyclone);● Fine fraction cleaning (polypropylene filters BB20).
The three-stage purification allows for water replacement in the tank no more than once a month, contributing to cost savings.
The main operating costs of the system include:● Electricity: for water heating, filter drying, and stand unit operation during washing;● Replacement of polypropylene filters BB20;● Wages for the operator-mechanic.
VERSATILITY
The kit comes with a wide range of fittings for connecting various particulate filters, both for passenger and commercial vehicles.
SHORT CLEANING TIME OF PARTICULATE FILTER
When using chemical agents for cleaning, a lot of time is required for the
particulate filter to soak in the chemical solution. Then, the filter needs to be washed with water and dried.
The washing technology of the MS900 system eliminates the soaking stage, allowing for immediate cleaning.
The cleaning time depends on the size and degree of contamination of the filter. The dirtier and larger the filter, the longer it takes to clean.

HIGH PERFORMANCE
Thanks to the modular design of the MS900 system, there is the possibility to
simultaneously wash and dry particulate filters, doubling productivity compared to the classic "all-in-one" option.
This approach optimizes work processes and increases efficiency with minimal financial investment.
USER-FRIENDLY
● The washing and drying process is automated. The control menu of the modules is simple and intuitive, allowing quick training of the operator- mechanic for successful operation.
● The complex's software allows setting washing parameters for particulate filters of the same type. These settings, called "Presets," save time in preparing the system for work.
● The closed washing process ensures cleanliness and order in the chamber and at the workplace.
RESULTS PRESERVATION AND PRINTING
The system allows saving diagnostic results before/after washing, maintaining and reviewing the history of washed filters, and printing diagnostic results on a Bluetooth printer (included in the kit).
SIMPLICITY OF TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION
The modular design simplifies the process of transportation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades. The system's construction and equipment facilitate self-installation, with detailed installation information provided in the user manual.
Minimum dimensions of the room to accommodate the MS900 system
SAFETY
● The operation of our system excludes contact with chemically active and health-hazardous substances.
● The system includes all possible protections against unforeseen situations. In case of a malfunction, the stand will indicate the cause.
calculation of the payback
We will calculate the payback of the MS900 system considering your conditions to assess the feasibility of acquiring the system.
